Public Speaking Finals

As you may probably know, 3 lucky girls (Zoe Kan, Millie Nusrat and Ruby Coyte) were entered into a public speaking competition and… They won the first round!

This meant the girls were qualified into the finals which was the toughest round yet! And again, with the help of Paul –Ruby’s dad- we knew we were ready by the day of the competition.

On Wednesday 8^th March,  we went to Ivy Chimney’s school in Epping and we were up against 2 other great teams (Ivy Chimney’s and Staple’s Road) who delivered their speeches amazingly. However, when the results were in, we were all waiting in suspense to find out who were the official winners of Epping Forest’s Public speaking contest and… We did it! We had won the whole competition, and all that hard work and determination had paid off in the end! We are so proud of what we have achieved.
